Candlelight Vinyasa
& Forrest Flow

The perfect ending to a hectic day. Candlelight Practice can be both energetic and relaxing. Enjoy being enveloped in soft, warm candlelight as you connect to the soundtrack of your life – the rhythm of your breath, the beat of your heart, and the profound quality of feeling that lives inside you.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Yoga Tree offers many variations of vinyasa classes including, 60- and 90-minute Vinyasa Flow, Gentle, Vigorous, and Level 2 Vinyasa classes. The instructor will guide you through poses synchronized to your breath. This style of yoga is smooth because of how the poses flow from one to the next. Expect plenty of variety of poses and most likely Sun Salutations. Vigourous and Level 2 Vinyasa classes are geared towards a more conditioned and advanced student.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga begins with gentle movements to warm the muscles and calm the mind and body in preparation for supported postures. Poses utilize props and are held for several minutes at at time, releasing muscular tension and enhancing breath awareness.

Tantric Vinyasa Yoga

Keeping within the Tantric vinyasa practice, classes are designed to weave the spiritual and physical together. Class begins with a guided meditation, moves into asana specifically designed for the student and the appropriate season, and ends with pranayama techniques. Combining a physically challenging practice, alongside restorative poses, and guided breathing and meditation, no class is ever too easy or too challenging.

Rise & Shine Yoga

This class is for early birds looking for a sunny start to their mornings. This 75-minute Vinyasa class will gently warm up cold muscles before moving into an athletic flow of poses.

Forrest Yoga

The pillars of Forrest Yoga are breath, strength, integrity and spirit – an emphasis on deep, conscious breathing, vigorous sequences and long holds in the pose progression help you build strength, connect to your core and awaken inner awareness. Taught in a safe learning environment, students are challenged to access their whole being and use these tools cleanse the emotional, mental and physical blocks that dictate and limit their lives. Forrest Yoga does not require strength or flexibility; it only requires a willingness to learn how to feel authentically and respond honestly.

Core Vitality Yoga

Combines elements of Forrest Yoga, Yoga Tune Up® and Vinyasa for an intense practice that will engage and revitalize your body, mind and spirit. Through asana, pranayama and strong core work you will gain a deeper awareness of your Self. Rich sequences build proper alignment while guiding you toward more advanced poses.
