Q: What do I wear?
A: Form fitting clothing is usually best. Fabrics that breathe easy and stretch tend to be the most comfortable and hassle-free.
Q: Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?
Yoga Tree provides mats free of charge. For students with their own mats, we also offer free mat storage.
Q: I’m new to yoga. Where do I start?
A: Roots is our yoga basics class, although all classes are open to every level. Also suitable for beginners: Gentle, Restorative, and Hatha Yoga.
Q: How do I register for a class?
A: While not required, you may register for classes online by clicking here. as classes will fill up.
When should I get to the studio?
A: Arrive 10 minutes prior to class to sign in and set up your mat. Doors close at the start of the class.
Q: Can I leave early?
We encourage students to stay for the entire class to minimize distractions.
Q: How do I purchase the new student deal?
New students are encouraged to buy the $29 for two weeks of unlimited classes deal, which is available for purchase in studio only.
